The following are established and set forth as restrictions and regulations and are intended for the welfare, safety and common good of all residents of Tortugas De Mar Condominium. Cooperation from all parties subject to these restrictions and regulations is requested. It is intended that these regulations apply to all residents, which includes owners or tenants, as well as their guests.

GUEST NOTIFICATION

If you have a guest stay in your condo (not renting) for longer than 4 nights, please fill out this form so we are aware of who is in the unit in case of an emergency. This form must also be filled out for rentals of any duration. Please email the form to Swendling@resourcepropertymgmt.com

trash removal

Trash pick up days are MONDAY AND THURSDAY. Recycled items are picked up on Wednesday. Please note that owners are asked to refrain from parking in front of dumpster areas on these days so that garbage trucks can access the trash cans.
